Chad is a 2008 cum laude graduate of Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center, where he served as Sources Editor for the Nova Law Review and was a teaching assistant for Criminal Law and Constitutional Law, having achieved academic excellence in both subjects. Additionally, he was the co-founder of the first-ever law school radio station, which remains on air today. In 2005, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication from the University of Florida, where he made the Dean’s List and was a Bright Futures Scholar.
Chad is an AV Preeminent-rated lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell and was selected to the 2016 Florida Rising Stars List by Super Lawyers, and again in 2017, an honor reserved for only 2.5% of attorneys in Florida.
He is admitted to the Florida Bar, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Chad was admitted to the Texas Bar and the Federal District of Colorado in 2024. In 2025, he was admitted to the State of Washington Bar.
