Mt. Dora, FL (June 12, 2021) – At 7:52 a.m. on the morning of Thursday, June 10, a car accident with injuries took place in Mt. Dora.
According to police, the accident happened at the intersection of CR-448 and Lake Jem Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were extensively damaged.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time.
No further details have been released but the investigation continues.
