Ocoee, FL – Head-on Truck Crash on Ocoee-Apopka Rd Leads to Injuries

Ocoee, FL (April 8, 2021) – At 8 a.m. on the morning of Wednesday, April 7, a truck crash with serious injuries occurred on a roadway in Ocoee.

According to officials, the accident happened on Ocoee-Apopka Road around the area of FL-429. A passenger vehicle collided head-on with a box truck in the area, which led to extensive front-end damages.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured and taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.

The roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time as police cleared the scene.

No further details have been released but the investigation remains ongoing.
